We had a lovely afternoon at Bredon Hancock doing country dancing in the sunshine. We all enjoyed it and learnt some good moves to practise at school! Thanks to all the parents for their help too.

What an amazing morning we had in the Dinosaur Dome. We started by looking and touching fossils before going into the dome. Once inside we saw how the landscape changed, how the dinosaurs had changed and even saw the meteorite heading toward Earth! It was a wonderful experience and a lovely way to end our topic.

Having practised our movements to the volcano music in the hall the last few weeks we did some mark making today. As a lot of parents may have noticed this was no ordinary mark making.... We used shaving foam and paint!!! The children thoroughly enjoyed the activity, putting their movements into action to create a messy volcano scene. The aim of write dance is to improve children's handwriting through improving their balance and coordination. This sort of activity also motivates children and encourages them in their writing. Most importantly it was lovely to see the children having such a wonderful time.
